Light Clay

A Light Clay is an advantageous held item for extending the impact of specific protective moves within battles. When equipped, it increases the duration of the Reflect, Aurora Veil, and Light Screen moves from five turns to a robust eight turns, offering substantial strategic benefits.

Obtaining​

There are two primary methods to acquire Light Clay: crafting and drops.

Crafting​

To craft Light Clay, you will need the following materials:

  • Glow Ink Sac
  • Clay Ball
  • Ender Pearl

The crafting grid should be arranged as follows:

  • Glow Ink Sac | Clay Ball | Glow Ink Sac
  • Clay Ball | Ender Pearl | Clay Ball
  • Glow Ink Sac | Clay Ball | Glow Ink Sac

Once arranged correctly, you can craft Light Clay.

Drops​

Certain Pokémon have a chance to drop Light Clay upon defeat. The following is a list of such Pokémon along with their drop rates:

  • Baltoy - 2.5%
  • Claydol - 5%
  • Mime Jr. - 2.5%
  • Sigilyph - 5%
  • Elgyem - 2.5%
