King's Rock

The King's Rock is a significant held item in Cobblemon with a dual purpose. When held by a Pokémon, it grants its damaging attacks a 10% chance to cause the target to flinch, providing a tactical advantage during battles. Additionally, the King's Rock serves as an evolution item. When used while trading or with a link cable, it evolves Poliwhirl and Slowpoke into Politoed and Slowking, respectively. Upon use, the King's Rock is consumed in the process.
